PALLETIZING SYSTEM FOR EMPTY PACKAGES
The automatic palletizing system for empty PET or HDPE containers consists of:
- Mosaic forming machine, arranging the containers or bottles, preparing each layer for removal. MOD. FM1.200
- Palletizing column with 270º rotation and vertically displaced carriage for forming pallets with a height of 2,500 mm including pallet. Mod. CPM2.5-270-LM.
- Storage store for cardboard sheets and wooden frames, with product detection.
BOTTLE STORAGE SYSTEM IN TRAYS
Equipment designed for sorting rigid plastic containers in trays. The containers are fed by a conveyor into the machine, where they are placed inside the tray in rows using a "Pick and Place" system. Once the tray is filled with containers, the operator removes it to place it on a pallet. If you wish to remove the tray automatically and form the pallet, this is another solution that we also offer.
PALLET STACKER-DOSER
Automatic stacker-dispenser with pneumatic drive, with pallet shortage detection, chain conveyor and pneumatic lifting system for pallet dosing.
CONVEYORS FOR FULL AND EMPTY PACKAGES
Designed to adapt to the needs of the client, OBTINDU conveyors can be straight or curved with a stable movement of empty or full containers, and can be made of belts, chains, rollers, etc., depending on the case. They are made of stainless steel and have a height-adjustable railing for better guidance and adaptation of the container to be transported. We also manufacture pallet conveyors with the same level of quality and robust structure.
